4. The Longer An Idea Remains, The More Opposition There Is To Replace It With A New Idea. That is how we form habits. The good news is, Hypnosis can change ideas no matter how long they have been stored in our subconscious minds. 5. Once a New Suggestion is Accepted By Your Subconscious, Additional Suggestions Are Accepted More Easily. Initially, repetition and simple suggestion are the best avenues to accomplish change. Once that has been achieved, we can move on to add more complicated suggestions and bring these changes into your life. 6. The Harder You Consciously TRY To Make An Effort For Change The Harder It Becomes This is when (Coue’s) law of reverse effect comes into play. When you TRY Hard to make something happen, your conscious mind is being used too much and the more difficult it will become to achieve the desired result. Example: You want to stop eating junk food, but the more you try the more you want it and before you know it, you are eating more junk food than before you tried to exert any will power. When it comes to hypnosis, RELAX and don’t force it. Let the results speak for themselves! |

2. “What We Think Is Who We Are, Imagination Is More Important Than Knowledge." Albert Einstein. Example: When stress turns into disease, it proves our inner beliefs have more power than our knowledge. 3. Reason Is Easily Overruled By Imagination. Proof of that is everywhere. In crimes of passion or anytime when peoples emotions of jealousy, hatred, love etc…result in unreasonable acts.
